The everlasting friend Chef Patrizio Cirri, for 27 years Master of Cuisine at the Tenuta di Capezzana in Carmignano, now also Giovanni’s brother-in-law, with his recipes he participated in the writing of several books.
Unconditional supporter of Tuscan cuisine and the use of organic products linked to the territory, not only in Italy, but also in Europe and above all in the USA is engaged in their promotion. Several experiences at well-known restaurants in Los Angeles, Boston, Providence, San Francisco, cooked for personalities from the world of politics, sports and culture; even Jamie Oliver often goes here on his travels in Italy.
With unchanged enthusiasm of the early years he holds cooking classes for professional chefs and simple enthusiasts all over the world.
The Gentleman Receipt Receipts the result of this union. The idea was born in 2004, the project came to life in 2007 with the first big test.
